30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Magnesium Relief Cream, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in good condition with all original packaging and accessories.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
Email our support team at support@bleue.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@bleue.store with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
